Experiment - Smoother movement

Whilst looking for ways to make video look like film we came across an effect in adobe After effects and Premire that makes the shot look a lot more smoother. This makes the footage look more realistic and look more like a real film. We remembered on the video how to use this effect. Below is the before and after result of this experiment.

We decided to edit the footage in after effects and the reason for this is because we didn't know much about after effects so we thought that it would help to experiment in unfamiliar territory. This was our finished result.

We didn't see much difference between the two. This was because of the way the warp stabiliser literally warps the image to how much it moves or shakes. The processing focuses on the middle of the video image, but because of the way the camera moved on this shot, it was hugely unsuccessful because the after warp stabilisation, there was still noticeable shaking.
